In 1994, Shannon was accepted into the prestigious IBEW/NJATC school and work program, embarking on a rigorous five-year training that would lay the foundation for a career spanning over three decades. Throughout these years, he had the privilege of working on a diverse array of projects, both big and small, each one sharpening his skills and reinforcing his commitment to delivering unmatched quality.

Family and Values. At home, my heart is full of the joys of family life. My wife Crystal and our three wonderful children are the cornerstone of everything I do. They inspire me to bring the same level of care and dedication to your family or business that I bring to my own.

Mitch started in the electrical trade over 30 years ago, building, remodeling large commercial big box stores, building, remodeling and restoring residential homes, these projects have helped him continue to sharpen his skills in the electrical craft. He enjoys working for homeowners and business owners alike and seeing the joy he can bring to each one after a project is completed.
